Karen Gonzalez, Jorge, Carlos aka Antonio, are amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet delivers!!! They have anything you could ask for and more!!

Everything was good at the hotel but a bit too busy. You could expect a bit more luxury from a 5* hotel. In any case, good rooms, beautiful scenery and good breakfast.
