The best hosts in Zona Romantica! Jermery and Henry are so great and take of you make you feel welcome and comfortable. The birthday bubbles were such a nice touch. Thanks guys! I really enjoyed the no key and touchpad entry. Awesome! The app on the T.V for checking out also just awesome. I like the way this place is run technology modern and easy checking in and out and no keys to pack around. Laundry was offered here another HUGE bonus as its hard to find in P.V. rentals alot of the time. Location cant beat it close to the action but not right in the middle of it. Everything you need is here and I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in old town. Very enjoyable stay here.

Door code eliminated a need to carry around a key & no chance of losing it – super convenient! Ten-minute walk to the beach, with many shops, restaurants, night clubs along the way. The property's location is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to all the Zona Romantica action! There's even a church nearby, but the bell only rang on Sunday morning and it wasn't loud enough to be bothersome. Five minutes' walk away, we found fresh produce and butcher's shop so we cooked meals everyday in the very well stocked kitchen. A/C and wi-fi worked very well, ceiling fans great for air circulation. Any supplies we needed, the hosts provided quickly and happily! In July & August the humidity is off the charts, and even a short walk outside results in sweat-soaked apparel, so having a washer & dryer within the building is very convenient! The restaurant called "Canto" on the main floor of the property serves excellent Cantonese cuisine, even better than many North American Chinese places I've eaten at (my family has owned restaurants serving authentic Asian cuisine for many years). You can tell a lot of attention went into choosing ingredients and preparing the dishes. Thanks to our hosts Jeremy & Henry for an unforgettable experience! Will definitely stay here again next time!

All major property systems were very good: water, electrical, A/C. WIFi was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Building was very quiet. Unit was very clean. Would stay here again for sure

I liked the location of the property and the fact that the hosts provided us with chocolates..bonus for that! and made us feel welcome. The neighbourhood is active and you need to be prepared for that. The room was a good size and had what you needed for a relaxed stay.
