Please note that the following policy will go into effect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta.Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip.This policy applies to individual travelers only. I am 75 and travelled worldwide. Buena Ventura offered the BEST breakfast ever The staff were so friendly and attentive treating me more like their grandad than a guest I had all inclusive and the variety of dishes was fantastic Taxis always outside. But the highlight was the Mexican Fiesta evening

The resort was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, gym) and the great view from our spacious "Ocean View" room. Access to the Sunset Bar was an added bonus. The location was fantastic as we could walk to the Malecon and Old Town.
