The hotel was really beautiful and you did truly feel you were within nature, there was a sloth and an iguana just sitting outside my window :) The hotel was really clean and the shared bathroom situation really wasn't an issue at all.

The Saranda Hotel is a unique experience - the rooms are small pods similar in size to being on a boat. Bathrooms are shared. However, the rooms are very comfortable, the beds are perfect. Be prepared that although there is under bed storage, 2 full size suitcases would be challenging to store. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The pool is very clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back here

Staying in a barrel was a fun and unique experience. While the rooms are smaller than typical hotel accommodations, this added to the charm of the stay. The storage solutions and overall room layout were cleverly designed, so the compact space didn't feel restrictive. We had two large backpacks and two smaller ones, and still found there was enough room for everything. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Access to the pool, swim-up bar, and jacuzzi was a great bonus—plus, the pool bar really had a great vibe. The onsite breakfast was also fantastic!
