The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It’s a very convenient and relatively budget friendly place. Location is great - not in the center but just 5 minutes from it and in a quiet area.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day (although we missed the warm eggs). Wonderful quiet surrounding neighbourhood with good restaurants nearby. The views from the area are great!
