Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and the sandwich place was good for dinner. Free coffee in the afternoon also.

The hotel was in a good location to explore puerto varas and had a car park which we appreciated. The staff were nice and there was a good breakfast. Comfortable room and beds with good cleaning.
