The apartment itself is great, exactly as shown in the pictures, the building is still under construction in some areas, so there was a bit of noise during the morning, but nothing we care as we spend most of the day out at the beach. The apartment is well equipped for a short or long stays, only improvement is that the kitchen supplies only allow to make simple dishes, with our 2 year old daughter we had hard time to prepare her food. The roof terrace and pool is great, with gym available and a bar. Enjoyed a lot the location.

We stayed one month at Marítima 4A. We were welcomed by senior Vacasa Nayarit staff who introduced us to security and provided the keys. Upon entering the unit, you are amazed with panoramic views over the Bay of Banderas, Bucerias and the forested mountain hinterland. The living space is modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around balcony with even more impressive views. The unit is equipped with excellent kitchen facilities and cookware, providing the opportunity to prepare creative meals with ingredients prepared from three nearby supermarkets. The bedroom has well organised closet space, a safe to store valuables and a very comfortable queen bed. The entire living area is air-conditioned, bright and welcoming. Bed linens and white goods and beach towels are of excellent quality and beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for use through easy access to the beach via a sister Marítima property just across the road. Security is tightly controlled at the entry gate 24/7. There is a massive swimming pool at ground level which will re-enter service in mid-December, 2023. There is an excellent pool on the roof of the building with ultramodern outdoor furniture to enjoy the pool, relaxing in the sun and sea breezes, beautiful landscaping and taking in the 360-degree views of the entire Bay Area. Finally, I would like to mention the complementary, professional housekeeping service extended by Vacasa at weekly intervals in view of our 4-week stay. The pride that the Vacasa Nayarit team takes in their product is exemplary in the hospitality industry. Many thanks to you all!
