Fabulous modern studio apartment close to beach in Puerto Rico. Clean and well equipped-washing machine was a bonus!!! Great comms from the owner. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Very clean, had all you needed, security good. Near to beach. If you use the lift to 5 th floor , this takes you out to the main entrance, follow the road to the right and there is hyperdino Supermarket which we found later.

Comfortable and well located, close proximity to bus stop, beach, supermarket, restaurants. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Very secure property, but only one set of keys.

The apartment was really great, very well equipped and clean, located in the best possible location close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, nice shopping centre, bus stop and taxi stands outside. Rita was an absolutely brilliant host, she met us there and allowed us to check in slightly earlier, she also was happy to answer our questions and gave us helpful tips. We would definitely recommend her lovely place and would return if we are ever visiting Gran Canaria again. The place is also a nice 15 minute walk away from the lovely beach Amadores, this is through the designated mountain pathway when you can stop for a drink or smoothie in the Paseo bar literally carved in the rock, best on the way from the beach where you can rest and get refreshments after a hot day at the beach. The apartment has a spacious balcony terrace right in front of the swimming pool, very safe building with helpful and polite residents, we really enjoyed it there. Puerto Rico is also fantastic with great weather and nice places to eat out. We also visited the lovely port town Mogan by ferry and another lovely but really small beach 5 minutes by bus or taxi from the apartment, Anfi del mar, we had a great time in Gran Canaria.
