I booked multiple rooms for this trip as our main destination was Balabac. We stayed in the Standard Double Room, Quadruple Room, and Double Room with Private Bathroom. The rooms intended for 3–4 adults were spacious and comfortable, while the standard-sized room was adequate for two guests—adding an extra person would make the space feel cramped. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the swimming pool due to the rainy weather during our stay. Shane was very helpful during our check-in and responded promptly to our inquiries via Facebook. She also assisted in resolving payment-related issues. The housekeeping staff, along with Shane and Apple, took great care of our entire group. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage in their storage room while we were away on our Balabac trip.

Great friendly staff and owner. No issues with facilities. Helpful when I needed support. Clean, great internet and quiet. Good AC and good internet/wifi. I worked from there for 4 days and experienced no issues.
