The apartment boasts a convenient location near SM, with a nearby fruit stall offering exceptionally sweet pineapples. This backpacker-like accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people, but I wouldn't recommend housing more than six due to limited space. Investing in higher-quality bunk beds would have been beneficial, as the current ones vibrate with even the slightest movement. Additionally, two out of three bedrooms had noisy air conditioners, and the kitchen/living room lacks air conditioning altogether. Shampoo and body soap were not provided, and unfortunately, no staff members were reachable during our stay. Overall, the location has great potential, but responsiveness from the staff and investment from the owner would significantly enhance the experience.

The apartment is wonderful. you have everything there. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Its easily fully booked coz it’s near the port, the city center, market, church and SM Mall too.

This Apartment was one of the very best in which we have stayed anywhere in the world. First, the location: it is in the middle of the town but slightly off the main road in a neat and clean compound having 8 similar units. That makes the apartment calm and quiet. Also, a big Mall is barely about 200 meters away. The airport is about 5-7 minutes away by tricycle. All told, a wonderful location. Next, the Apartment itself. It is really really spacious.....the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet is on the ground floor and there are three bedrooms on the first floor (called second floor in the Philippines). The master bedroom has one big king-size bed, another king-size bed with a bunk bed and yet another single bed......and an attached bathroom. There are two further bedrooms, both with bunk beds (and a bathroom between the two). Thus the apartment can sleep 10 persons! A young boy is the kind of caretaker for the Apartment complex. He lives in the same compound and is available on call for any help.

Excellent location, near to airport, market and other places of interests. Our host Gerald was really accommodating and considerate. We’ll definitely recommend the place to friends and acquaintances.
