Carmen was the most helpful, kind host imaginable. I arrived to Xalpen the night before I was due to start the W Trek, and she was a wealth of helpful information and calm. She helped me get set up with all I needed, poles, baggage storage, buses, etc. It was such a clean, comfortable spot that I stayed again for a few days after the W while recovering from a cold. Very reasonable price for the comfort of the rooms, breakfast and beautiful lounge with views of the sea and mountains. This is the spot to stay in Puerto Natales 🇵🇷 😍 👌. A super clean and cosy hostel. 10 min walk to bus station, and there are groceries nearby. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I deposited some of my stuff there for a few days and they kindly helped me keep it in a safe place.
