Super friendly staff, very supportive! They provide breakfast packages for tours for free. The entire Hostal is very well maintained and with a cozy and familiar atmosphere. It feels like a nice and cozy living room and you immediately feel like coming home. The breakfast and food is great and prepared with love. The location is also excellent, close to Plaza de Armas, restos and travel agencies. The rooms are also nice and cozy. Clean bathrooms and very good heating. I particularly liked that every room has an electric water kettle which is great for a person who loves to enjoy his first sip of tea in the morning still im bed 😊

The staff are the best thing about the hostel, they make you feel at home straight away offering tea or coffee and are very helpful and friendly. They let us leave our bags there while we did the W trek and answered all our questions about where to hire camping equipment. The room we were in was very big and the shared bathroom was very clean. I loved the dogs that are part of their community and sit outside the front. Breakfast was different to any we’ve had on our trip, I liked it (no eggs for once!)
