The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great.

The reception staff were most welcoming even allowing us to check in early. The room was a good size nicely furnished and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel was well placed for restaurants and services.

Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Puerto Natales, the staff is super friendly and was happy to accommodate early breakfast for us because we had to leave early. There is a very nice area both upstairs and downstairs where you can relax. The room was nothing special, but clean and well-maintained.
