Great location near the bus terminal and also the centre of town. They let us leave our bags there while we trekked in Torres del Paine. Our room opened on to the kitchen so was very noisy at night/morning, and there was very little room in the common area. Bathroom was dirty even though it was only shared with one other room.

Its a nice sociable hostel but a bit chaotic to be honest maybe too many people staying at one time and the facilities are not big enough for this. Our milk was opened and used even though it was clearly labelled and whoever opened it ripped it so we couldnt take it with us. We also accidentally left olive oil in the kitchen for a couple hours and the entire bottle was gone. Felt really cramped and stressful cooking dinner there after a big hike, there was also an older lady who I assume is a relative of the owners who was going around telling everyone off for everything and breathing down our necks when cooking etc. Its a great hostel for making friends, the owners are lovely, and its in a good location and clean but perhaps just not what we needed for 4 days when hiking all day long. If you are transitioning from puerto natales to the W or something then great but wouldn't recommend it as a base for day trekking - its too difficult to navigate..

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. It's a very comfy place and you can reach everything by walkingdistance. They also stored my luggage while I was on the W-Trek.
