Everything about this hotel was nothing but excellent. The room, the cleanliness, the comfort etc'. But above all - it is their incredible service and hospitality. As part of their amazing hospitality, they offered us a room to take a quick (and much needed) shower after visiting the Iguazu park and before leaving on a long trip back home. What a nice and exceptional gesture that made a huge difference for us. This is a true understanding of customers' needs. All this, without extra charge. Highly appreciated.

The pool was amazing. Beautiful and clean in a stunning jungle setting. The food at the hotel was very nice and the rooms comfortable. The staff were really helpful too. All in all a wonderful place to stay to see the falls and a great place to relax when we weren't sightseeing
