The apparent is clean and large. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. There is a well stocked Spar just round the corner and 2 good bar restaurants that we tried and 2 others we didn’t within 5 mins walk. The port area is about 15 mins walk. Your in a real locals neighbourhood with people going about their daily life. Puerto del Rosario isn’t a tourist centre like others on the island so not that many restaurants, there is a huge shopping centre. It’s well located to travel the island. We stayed 2 weeks and I’m sure covered most of the island.

The flat was spacious with three bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a door that separated the living room from the bedrooms so that if somebody woke earlier they didn't bother the ones still sleeping (we have a 3-year old :) ). Puerto del Rosario is not a sight to see but it's in the center so it's a good base to discover the island from.
