Location and staff very good and very pleasant . When I had issues with items missing from our room it was sorted out within 30 mins.

Very spacious double room with private balcony over looking the pool area. All facilities that we needed were available in the apartment. Pool area was very well looked after with plenty of sun loungers available. Pool bar was excellent and all the staff very friendly. Great location for the beach, bars and restaurants.

This is our third time staying at the Parque Tropical and we enjoy our visit every time. The friendliness of all persons at reception, the cleaning, maintenance and pool bar staff. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this complex, as well as the location which is great, near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.
