Please note that the name on the credit card must be the same as the name of on the reservation.Cleaning of apartments are twice a week, per week of stay.We have upgraded the WI-FI service, we have installed a router in each apartment, now we provide a high speed internet connection, exclusive and independent. The browsing experience is now very satisfactory.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

•La Peñita is located in a very nice spot, out of the way from the busy streets but still only a 3-4 minute walk. •The apartment was clean on arrival and was cleaned regularly. •The pool and it's area was clean and well organised. •There was a good amount of appliances (coffee machine for example) •Checked in close to 11PM and it was very easy despite it being a virtual check in. •Dedicated WiFi in the room •Secured area and felt like a safe area Overall very happy

We have been here several times and love the peaceful location despite the close proximity to ‘the strip’. The rooms are basic, showing signs of age and wear with an ‘old charm’ but always spotless. Our balcony had a broken patio chair that was changed without our asking by the cleaners. Thank you. Reception staff always friendly and helpful and accommodated my request on booking. Always enough sun beds and parasols, and I’m pleased to see they have a towel time check and will remove if necessary. The pool is not heated but fabulous. We had a late flight so were able to leave our cases with reception until the evening.

Staff is very helpful and cleaning lady very nice and pleasant. I think i lost €50 under the bed, and she placed it on my bed . So obviously, I had to tip her. Just a very honest place and very nice staff . Will be looking forward to staying there again.. Thank you all involved for making my staff so enjoyable.
