The right side of puerto del carmen, lovely flat walk to Matagorda and the strip and all the restaurants and bars for the more mature clients within short reach

Loved the location. Room was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and allowed us to check out at 4pm because the room was not booked till the following day. It is one of my biggest pet hates having to store my luggage in an unattended room and wandering about till your evening flight. Have been to lanzarote numerous times Will be going back next time in lanzarote.

Antonio was there when we arrived, and our room was ready. We arrived at 11 am and did not have to wait till 3 to check in, which was a bonus. The view is amazing and great to listen to the water hitting off the rocks. We had a problem with the shower, and the hair dryer broke. The shower was fixed straight away, and a new hair dryer straight away. Ladies, there's no need to bring your hair dryer as it is a great one supplied. Air conditioning a plus, 1 euro for 4 hours. Up the steps you have the tiny bar great spot. It is a small complex, and we meet lovely people. Will book again.
