This was my third visit and I have only ever booked the platinum package. But I think the quality of the main restaurant has definitely improved from last year and I thought it was really enjoyable. All the staff are lovely, from check-in to restaurant, the staff are always friendly and attentive. I had a massage for the first time and it was excellent. I walked away feeling amazing, I highly recommend. I think it’s a really great place for a relaxing holiday. Not too many children, definitely focuses more on adults. The hotel is spotless and well maintained

The hotel is as large as a cruise liner, offering an all-inclusive experience. The buffet was delicious and diverse, with a wide variety of seafood options. There are three pools, and each night features shows and entertainment.Also on the hotel’s property, you can find delicious restaurants. The hotel is located near a beautiful beach with black sand on one side and picturesque mountains on the other. Each room is designed to have a sea view.

Staff were superb from start to finish cannot fault anything, hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean. Lovely little touch that you can use all the all inclusive things if you arrive early and leave late.
