The apartment was large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Close to Lidl and close to los Gigantes.

The apartment was large, clean and had what we needed. The balcony was huge and had views over the pool and the sea. The staff were very helpful and let us have late check out as there were no guests and we had a late flight - this was very helpful. The apartment had a TV with Netflix in the bedroom which was handy for our little girl. It had lots of useful facilities like buckets and spade, washing machine. The apartment is located near some nice restaurants and near a nice mirador.

The location is excellent, the terrace is huge with everything one needs, we were four and used the well-equipped kitchen. Staff from the booking agency were a Whatsapp message away and tried to fix the problems that emerged as soon as possible and quite promptly, which was a big plus for us (for instance we were missing some towels, and they were delivered by cleaning lady the next day), I would definitely go again if it was a bit cleaner -- that's the only aspect we didn't like, it wasn't clean enough when we checked in. otherwise, accommodation, location, view and size of apartment definitely great. everything you needed in the functional kitchen, which came in handy as we travelled with my elderly parents and also cooked some meals at home. the pool was also a nice addition with plenty of lounge chairs available. we also liked the fact that it's a quiet place.
