The fine print
Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the Oriental Spa Garden.All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours).The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants.The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. Please note that the property will be closed during this period.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room. We did not use the pool because the weather was not favourable but it looked very attractive. The grounds are magnificent and restful. Great service; the staff were always pleasant and very helpful.

The Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of our room and that of the entire surroundings was extemporary. Glorious Oriental gardens, magical, with black swans, turtles, herons, water birds and koi carp, beautifully maintained. Lovely outdoor pool with very comfortable sunbeds and endless supply of pool towels. Great service in our room with masses of complementary water. The hotel is situated in a lovely area of Puerto de la Cruz with a convenient hotel courtesy bus down to the town at regular times throughout the day and early evening. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!
