The fine print
Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The pool area is really nice (like in the photos). The breakfast is good (although, as in any other hotel I've stayed in the Galapagos, is served on the table and is not a lot of food - eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee). Location is good considering it's distance to the port (you don't need a taxi to get to and from the ferry). The staff helped me reserve a taxi to the airport, and the price was fair (30usd to the canal).

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Lovely facilities and very good for families. Breakfasts were good. Very close to main centre, so a great location for ferries and restaurants. Hotel is in a quiet street.

The hotel is central. Having a pool and spa was a big plus. Breakfasts were great. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay. Excellent for both couples and families.
