Please note that children under 2 years old stay free of charge. Children over 2 years old pay as an adult.Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff were exceptional, beginning with our check in with Chris, who gave us numerous tips of where to go and a recommendation of a travel agent a block away. The rooms were spacious (king bed) and well appointed. They had thought of everything needed. An all-day snack and coffee station was availabile and the breakfast was overseen by very helpful staff. It was an excellent stay while we were planning our tours.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from ferry dock. Room was lovely, nice comfy bed, big bathroom, safe, fridge, hammock on balcony. Cold filtered water available, good breakfast - hot option and fresh fruit/juice, yogurts/cereals. Coffee machine for 24/7 coffee, free snacks. Friendly staff
