This is a great hostel. It is clean, quiet and has good WiFi. While basic, this was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in and one of the most affordable. It has windows that open in the rooms, allowing cross ventilation, making it extremely comfortable. Most hostels or low-cost hotels do not have this. I travel a lot and have stayed at many places that either don’t have windows or windows that don’t open, making the space hot, filled with stale air and horrible. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay including comfortable beds and half-decent sheets and covers (unlike the horrible plastic-like polyester sheets of most places). It has large lockers that have space to fit your carry-on bag or backpack with shelves for shoes and other items, and a place for hanging clothes. This hostel provides free towels! In the bathroom there is hot and cold water in both the lavatories, with mirrors for shaving, and in the showers, with places to hang your towel and places for your clothes. They provide liquid soap in the showers. There is a nice outdoor deck. The kitchen is decently stocked. They had freshly cut flowers in the bedroom rooms and freshly cut roses on the table in the main space which is just one more sign that they take special care to make guests feel comfortable and ensure that they enjoy the space. No other hostel that I can recall has been so considerate in providing all these amenities. I have stayed at other hostels in Puebla that were twice the price and were horrible environments. I would definitely recommend this place.
