Very good location close to the Zocalo and other main sites in Puebla. Easy walk around the historic center and surrounding areas. Very friendly workers at reception that speak English and Spanish. Lots of activities available and a bar/restaurant on site!

Everywhere is clean and common areas are assessible to everyone. Activities everyday to engage everyone. Staff are very helpful and friendly Special shout out to Susu! They even take great care of this a cute stray. =) Will recommend to anyone passing through Puebla!
