I had a very pleasant experience during this stay. The villa is located in a quiet area, very close to two beaches. We enjoyed the breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the sea. The house is bright, comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A 10-minute walk away is the bus station and a mini-supermarket for the bare essentials; and a 10-minute drive or 2 bus stops away is a Lidl supermarket, for a better supply. The outside shower is very practical when returning from the beach We apreciate from the host that we found some basic food upon arrival: water, milk, jam, bread which are welcome after a long journey. We fealt great and decided to come back.

Villa is on great location near very nice beaches. Green bay beach, which we liked the most, is very close, less then 1 minute walk and other also nice beaches are on few minutes walk. Villa is very well furnished and excellent equiped, especially kitchen, beds are confortable, terrace is big and in each period of the day there is shadow in some part. There is enough space for goods and clothes. There is private parking place. We had welcome goods in the fridge when we came, which meant a lot to us as we came during the night. Key locker was very easy to use and was very good option for us because we had both flights during the night. We would definitely come again!

Perfect location, really close to a beautiful beach. Limited places to eat locally but the restaurants and beach cafes that were near by were great. The centre of Protaras is approx10 euro in a taxi or 45 min steady walk on the costal path. A local Supermarket to get basic supplies just a 5 min walk around the corner. Visiting Cyprus for a family wedding, this villa was perfect for our family of 6. This villa stocked everything that you could need for self catering accommodation. A lovely welcome pack wine, Milk Bread, Butter, jams, coffee & tea, water etc was much appreciated as we arrived late evening / early morning. Clean, simple and homely comfortable accommodation with air con, a defo plus point. We stayed for 10 days and cleaners came in after 5 days to fresh sheet the beds and clean the villa. Our representative from Cyprus villas Elena made a visit the very next day to check we had checked in ok and see if we needed anything. Very helpful and super friendly and WhatsApp chat group she set up with us was great for any questions we needed to ask. We did not hire a car on this trip but if you want to do more sight seeing might be worth getting one. If no car the main road has busses which run every 15 mins the 101 & 102. Aya Napa is about 20 mins on the bus and cost 3 euro return on the bus. We mainly loved the location with the option of walking to the beach & snorkelling. Swimming with the Turtles was my favourite pastime. The outside space was brilliant with the option of shade & sun. The only thing that would be good would be four sun loungers rather than just the two provided. Lots of tables and chairs to sit around and chill though. Would defo stay again. Excellent self catering option.
