The villa was spacious but the location wasn't great - it is very overlooked and the neighbours were extremely noisy, though this isn't the fault of the host. The pool was the absolute best, very big and clean.

We had a wonderful holiday at Palm Villa 17. The villa was lovely, very spacious, clean and with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool area was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all our party. BBQ was also brilliant, brand new utensils were provided. The location is very good possibly a 15 minute walk to the main strip where there are a variety of different restaurants and shops - highly recommend the Cypriot tavernas! Booking process was easy and straight forward. The hosts also accommodated a late check out (small fee) which was perfect as we had a late night flight.
