Spent a great week in the villa - 5 adults and a child. It had everything we needed. Location is a good one, it's about 10 mins walk to the beach (+/- depends on the walking pace). The whole south-east coast has only 2 good supermarkets, and one of them - Lidl - is only a couple of minutes walk. For bigger selection and fresh seafood there is a Metro store in a short ride (1.5 EUR bus or ~10 EUR taxi). A/C working fine. Outside area was very nice with plenty of space, a very clean swimming pool, table tennis and a grill. Victoria (the manager) was very helpful and always available on the phone/WhatsApp. She provided us the adaptors also. Especially we appreciated the flexibility with the check-out and check-in, considering having an infant child with us. The closest (central) beach in Protaras is also a very good one. Been to the famous Fig Tree beach (it is also in a walkable distance), but liked the central one more. Less crowded, no big quality difference. Also the beach is way better than Ayia Napa's beaches, where we headed afterwards.
