The room is on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach and ocean. Awesome breeze and awesome vibe. It is convenient to everything on the Malecón. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our expectations were set to "reasonable" and the Hotel did NOT disappoint. It has a nice pool, a great location, and one of the best views in Progreso. Just a great stay. Our balcony was fabulous, and we could just walk across the malecon to swim. The suite was large and we were able to park fairly close by. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

PRO: AC working fine, but you can not leave it working while you're outside. 2. Beach just in front of the hotel. 3. Size of the bedroom 4. Full fridge and microwave 5. Staff is very young which has pro and cons 6. Small pool 7 TV
