We arrived with children, with luggage and expectations – and were welcomed with open hearts. From the very first moment, the staff of this large, elegant house carried us with a blend of discreet attentiveness, heartfelt kindness, and a level of helpfulness that is hard to describe without drifting into poetry. Never intrusive, always present. Never rehearsed, always sincere. What moved us most: the people here weren’t merely professional – they were graceful in their speech, confident in their demeanor, with an eloquence rarely found in hospitality. It felt as though they understood not only their craft, but the delicate art of closeness at a respectful distance. Despite the size and worldliness of the hotel, it felt as if it had been built just for us. Every greeting, every gesture, every smile carried the weight of genuine attention. We never felt like just another booking on a chart, but rather like a small part of something greater – held together with warmth and care. A hotel with real character. The orchid displays before you enter the restaurant were stunning. All the staff were super friendly and professional. The spa centre is excellent and the gym totally adequate. It would be impossible not to enjoy your stay here.
