A great welcome with friendly and welcoming staff and great breakfasts. Fabulous pool, spa, and sauna—nothing better for relaxing. The hotel is located in a quiet area, far from the center, but benefits from a bus stop (3A) that takes you directly to the city center.

The stuff was really welcoming, pleasant, and warm. I am really pleased with their service. They even offered and brought me dinner to my room from nearby restaurant just for the price of the meal, which was a great touch and hospitality. Breakfast was really great! Hall is beautiful, spa centre is nice. Overall, it is a great value for the money.

The staff were excellent couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The hotel is in quiet part of Pristina and the facilities are good, will definitely come back again on next visit
