No staff on site - but excellent instructions for how to get in and a letter of introduction with all the info you needed. Lovely room, well equipped. Cannot fault it. Excellent and the best place to stay if you are eating at Aven, Its in the same building.

Couldn't rate the staff as I didn't see any, but the communication was good, and check in and check out we're quick and easy. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, great shower and handy toiletries provided. Milk, tea, and coffee also provided, which were appreciated!
