Fabulous. Ideal location for us visiting a friend in the village who only had a small cottage that we couldn’t all stay in. Very comfortable and well equipped.

The house is in a beautiful location with the river at the end of the road - so picturesque. The decor is superb and every resource/facility you could want was there. We travelled into Preston both of our full days there for the Radio 2 Party in the Park (which was brilliant!) and were very glad to be coming back to such a wonderful home after the full days, especially on the Sunday when we had to come back early because of the persistent rain and extremely muddy conditions.
