Parking and access to the property were easy. Clear instructions of how to get into the house and room. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and there were nice little touches to make it feel comfortably and cosy. I could have made tea and coffee in the kitchen. The owners stayed in touch by text to check I’d arrived, then making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Super location by the river. Great value and I will return .

Great one night stop over, all trains north of Preston were cancelled due you Storm Eowyn, so a bed was needed until the next day when my partner was able to drive over to continue our journey by car. This was perfect. Comfy, clean, somewhere to prepare and eat food. Easy to walk to from railway station. Nice to be next to the river. Easy to get to by car when I was being picked up next day.

Perfect location. Great check in, 10 mins from train station. Free parking. Good communication with owner. Clean, newly refurbished. Clean. Bottled water and sweets in bedroom

Frankly it was not what I expected from the Booking entry, but was clean, comfortable and the owner and his team were excellent, friendly and very helpful..
