The place is very beautiful, modern, clean, close to the train station and less than 30 minutes from the center of Venice. The area is calm and quiet. I hope I could stay for weeks there.

It was small and easy to access, in a great location very close to Preganziol’s train station, bus stops and several facilities like supermarkets and ristorantes. The staff was magnificent, very kind and welcoming. Also, everything was very clean and tidy.
