Location was excellent- walking distance to all the main sights and attractions. Our host was very helpful with any of our requests. The apartment was roomy, good views onto the street and clean. Beds were comfortable

Our family of 5 (kids 11, 16 & 18) enjoyed our stay at the apartment on Stepanska. Located on the 3rd floor, the many stairs were wide, with landings between and at each floor, making the haul of 5 large suitcases more bearable - we're fit, but even we had to pause and catch our breath. (Make sure you press the light switch at each landing to avoid being left in the dark!). Also, upon first accessing the building we were asked to buzz another apartment who would open the door. You can hear the mechanism opening but the door doesn't open automatically. turning the handle and giving a slight push isn't enough - the door is heavy and requires a good heave to get it open. The apartment is splendid. Loads of space with a separate kitchen/dining/sitting area with windows that open fully out to Stepanska Street below. The two bedrooms are large, offering a comfortable large double bed in one and a double bed and a single bed in the other which was perfect for us. The bathroom offered a large shower, and toilet, and included a washing machine and there was a convenient separate second toilet. We loved the location. Just a pleasant walk down to the Old Town and squares where the Christmas Markets were still in full swing. Easy walk to the Astronomical Clock (what a site!), the Charles Bridge, even up to the Prague Castle. Loads of restaurants to choose from, but we enjoyed delicious meals at Hanoi Square and the Seafood Market and Grill conveniently located either side of the apartment building. Having 2 convenience stores that traded late and right next door was also a huge bonus.
