This was a great option in terms of location: 5 min walk from Florence bus station, 30min to the center, 10 min to the festival on the island, which was the main goal. It did meet our expectations, because they were not too high. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no great views, and you can hear the neighbours if the window is open. But it's not a problem if you mostly stay outside and use it just to sleep and recharge.

The apparent is in the middle of "Karlín", and just few minutes from metro station "Florenc". The apartment it self is clean although old. It does match the its price range. The owner was very hepful.

Location, facilities - good washing machine and clothes rack, all necessary toiletries, beds, pillows, towels, adequate heating when it got cold.
