Room was spotless, staff very very friendly spoke good English which was helpful. The breakfast had everything you could want, although there was no tea/coffee in the room, that just maybe a UK thing. A little further out from the main area than I was expecting, but I was there for a concert at the O2, which was walkable.

The service is good with welcoming staff at the customer service counter that takes initiative to offer help. The facilities are excellent for my family to spend some enjoyable leisure time together - badminton, tennis, squash, swimming pool, bowling, etc. Delicious food and heart warming service in the Hotel restaurant at a very reasonable price. The location is good not too busy but easy communication by tram and tax fare for commuting to city centre or major tourist spots are very affordable.
