Second time here and it still doesn’t disappoint! The staff was just as friendly and helpful as the first time maybe even better! Special shout-out to Jhonnedy at reception; he was incredibly helpful any time I asked for something. The hostel has a great atmosphere and everything is very clean. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a microwave available for guests, not just a toaster outside the kitchen. Also, keep in mind that parking can be tricky if you’re coming by car or motorbike. That said, the location is perfect you can walk everywhere. I absolutely loved it and would definitely come back again!

My stay at Safestay Prague was made even better thanks to Jhonneddy at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. What stood out the most was his ability to speak several languages, which made check-in and asking for information super easy, no matter where guests were from. His attention to every detail and his friendly attitude created a warm and professional atmosphere. Jhonneddy truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Definitely one of the highlights of my visit!

All the Staff were outstanding! They were all happy, friendly and genuine making us feel welcome from the start. Giving us an excellent first impression on our stay in Prague! Excellent location to everything. Nice and central. Offers excellent value for money.
