A very cozy apartment! Easy check-in and check-out! We got our keys from the key box but also met the lovely lady working the front desk. Great location!

The apartment is very close to transport , shops, restaurants and most attractions in the city centre. I checked in late and reception sent instructions to where retrieve the keys at a location nearby. The apartment was always warm and the shower water pressure was really good. They even left an umbrella that I didn't use but it can be handy to have,nice detail. There were extra towels and blankets to use.

Very good communication. Lucie is in touch all the time. Great location of the apartment right in the old town but as the windows overlook the courtyard it was very quiet. Loved that there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. There is a kitchen and crockery but we didn't use it. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The apartment is very cosy. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location! Very easy to retrieve the keys. Thank you to Lucie from the reception for the detailed messages and the valuable tips - both vegetarian/vegan restaurants were very good!
