The breakfast was good and well layed out. The staff were very friendly and always there to assist. From the time you check in to the time you check out you always have a friendly face to greet and help you. There was also a member of management always present to ask if uou were comfortable and needed help. Great service, great Hotel. Will always stay in this Hotel and would highly recomend anyone traveling to Prague to stay here for its service and central location.

Well positioned within walking distance of the Old Town attractions and tram network, whilst being tucked away from the main thoroughfares. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were great. The use if the baggage room after checking out really helped.

Superb location. Very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. Extra points go to Ahmed! It was a very good value for money, also a pleasant stay where I would definitely go back. Location is also very good with few mins walkable distances. Rooms clean, food delicious.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance from main sights in the center. Rooftop is really cool and rooms are very clean.
