The hotel's location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff's attentiveness and attitude were all excellent. The room was pleasantly surprised by the availability of slippers. The lobby also featured a free coffee machine and a water dispenser offering sparkling and plain water. There was also a catalogue with restaurant recommendations in the lobby. We were very pleased with the restaurant we chose based on the catalogue and the hotel staff's recommendation.

Breakfast was great with a good selection. Bed was really comfortable with good pillows. Cleaners came to make over the room each day, so plenty of towels, toilet paper etc.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Though there is no elevator we (rather seniors) didn't suffer. Very good breakfast. Location absolutely central, just near the Charles bridge.
