That old tenement house is beautiful. Apartment is quite near the Václavské Náměstí and metro station. Studio apartment is clean and well home furnishings. During hot days air conditionery is needed, becouse the apartment is placed in the attic. Air conditionery works fast, but should be used with caution, becouse of an extra payment.

Apartments are nice. In apartment are two floars and on each was toilet and badroom. We were two couples and it was very conveniet. Location is very good not far from underground

It was easy to get into the property as the owner met us when we arrived. The property is on the top floor, literally a loft built into the roof level, so you are isolated from the noise outside. It apartment building inside is quite. There is a lift up to the top floor. There are two bathroom, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed when staying a week. There is enough space that you don't feel cramped.
