nothing was to much trouble the staff were excellent, zarina on reception was very informative and a lovely disposition. the hotel was spotless and in a quiet and spot on location. the complimentary drinks etc. was a pleasant surprise

We did a request for a room with balcony and they upgrade our room to dulex just for free. Our room was very nice 😀.

Very nice add ons included such as free bottle of wine, tickets to the zoo, cookies... Breakfast was excellent with many home made things. Parking was a few minutes to walk but free of Charge. At our stay the price was really a bargain, but I think it highly depends on the date of stay and is very volatile.

Well located for the city centre and to visit friends in the Hodranska area of Prague. Being outside the main tourist area, it was a calm location. A short tram ride made either destination easily accessible. Room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a wide range of good choices for breakfast.
