Great location, walking distance from all the major sites. Close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were super helpful and courteous.

The room was soundproof with the windows closed, and nice and dark too. Simon went above and beyond to get us a taxi to our coach on time. Really helpful with left luggage. Smooth shuttle bus pick up too. Overall exceptional helpful staff and a very clean and well run hotel.

Rooms were very spacious, well ventilated, and the beds were quite comfortable. Location was very close to the nearby tram stations for multiple lines and also close to attractions along the riverside.
