The staff in the executive lounge was very kind and helpful, and diligent. The waiter Ishmael at the Cafe bar was very attentive and great. The staff at the spa was also kind. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and sheets, it was a pleasure.

Excellent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Only a couple of disappointment’s. You were not allowed to wear swimwear in Sauna, only allowed a towel wrapped round you - apparently health & safety! You were not allowed to sit outside the pool area in shorts/T shirts as people allegedly complained that you should only be allowed there in swimwear! Both of above were enforced by staff even though nobody else was in sauna, and nobody else was outside the pool area. We went to rooftop bar with our 17 year old son and 21 year old daughter and were asked to leave as we didn’t have proof of our son’s age. He only wanted an orange juice, but we all had to leave. No mention of the ‘rule’ on signage/adverts nor when they allowed us through the reception. To make it worse, two young ladies that looked much younger than our six foot tall son were sat unaccompanied drinking cocktails! The leisure/rooftop bar may be ‘outsourced’ by Hilton, either way it’s not what you would expect as a guest in a Holiday hotel.
