The fine print
Please note that the payment needs to be done in CZK, according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.Please note that due to covid-19 the length of spa access is reduced.Hotel will request upon arrival a refundable deposit of full accommodation price and a refundable deposit of EUR 50 per night for any incidental charges. This can be done only via credit or debit card.Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult while in the spa area.A small dog up to 25 kg will be admitted. Pets are not allowed to enter all of our restaurants and our wellness and fitness centre. All pets must be kept on a leash in public areas. When staying with a pet, there will be an additional pet fee of 25 Euros/night.We are delighted to offer swimming pool use for children under 12 when accompanied by an adult at 50% off, during following times: weekdays 13:00 – 16:00 and weekend 11:00 – 16:00.Children under 18 are not permitted in the Fitness Centre, Sauna or Steam room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Exceptional ! The staff are exceptionally welcoming. David and Pavel at the reception were extra helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms are clean and cosy , and not to forget complimentary welcome drink! :) The hotel is conveniently located with direct metro access.

Great stay in mid.july.Receptionist very helpful and we got even nice present bottle of white sparkling wine even more surprised when we reach 17 floor room and another bottle white wine wait for us with compliment on table in room.Nice bathroom huge TV good fridge and mini bar and big bed with awesome views all round Prague.Swimming pool lovely good size with great modern changing room.Breakfast great lots of choice fruit bread salami eggs lots of different taste in yoghurt toppings cheese board great coffee and even gluten free corner and pretzels.Thank you to all for great stay.Mirek and Sarah

Very good location, just 2 metro stations from Old Town, helpfull staf, comfortable and clean rooms, very good breakfasts.
