This hotel is perfect for families. Stuff was very kind, professional, helpful and polite. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent(many choices). They also had a playroom for kids at breakfast and a separate breakfast table only for kids. Only 4mins walk from the tram 18. Parking is free, shops and restaurants are nearby. I can highly recommend it. We’ve had an amazing experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were impressive with fluent communication, tips on how to get easily to the center and kind enough to provide a drink due to short waiting queue.
