The size of the apartment (for 3 of us), a good location for seeing Prague, easy to get to from the train station on foot, good communication with the owner/caretaker, good basic facilities in the apartment. It being a ground floor apartment.

Staff patient when we arrived a little after time arranged. Good communication with owner. Location within walking distance of Old Town centre - tram stop a short walk if preferred. Supermarket and coffee shops around the corner. Small private garden area outside. Well equipped.
